Early Riser Yoga - Start your day with an asana sequence in a hot room designed to wake up the body and create strength and flexibility. Energize your body, mind and spirit

 

Gentle Yoga - An introduction to Hatha postures.  Deep stretching and restorative poses in a heated enviroment.

 

Hot Hatha 40 in 60 - A 60 minute class consisting of a series of 40 poses in a heated room.  This sequence will provide cardiovascular conditioning while improving strength and flexibility.

 

Hot Hatha 26 in 60 - A 60 minute class consisting of a series of 26 poses.  This series is specifically designed to stimulate and restore health to every muscle, joint, and organ of the body.

 

Hot Hatha Flow - A flowing style of Yoga linking Hatha postures together creating a dynamic moving sequence - 60 minutes 

 

Hot Hatha 26 in 90 - A 90 minute class consisting of a series of 26 poses.  This series is specifically designed to stimulate and restore health to every muscle, joint, and organ of the body.

 

 All classes offered are suitable for beginners.
